1.) Download and complete the Registration/Liability Waiver form and return to
FrontDesk@TLTennisAndFitness.com
​
​
2.) Go to CourtReserve.com and create a player account under the organization "Toluca Lake Tennis and Fitness Club". Download the app for mobile access.
​
​
3.) Once we approve your access, you can add your child to your profile under add new Family Member and book them directly on the Clinics page.
