Yoga Instructor Michelle Mirkovich first founbd yoga 25 years ago when she was recovering from a dance injury. Her background as a professional dancer combined with her passion for all things yoga, led her to Bali where she received her teacher training certification and where she discovered the manifestation of meditation through motion. Her teaching is focused on correct alignment and linking the breath to the movement, Her goal is to help others use their breath, body and consciousness to obtain a depper, more meaningful connection with themselves.
