Amy has become known throughout LA for teaching challenging, alignment-focused classes that are approachable for all fitness levels. Her physical fitness background stems from growing up with a personal trainer mom and extensive dance training beginning at the age of 4. She has trained in ballet, jazz, tap and hip-hop. A choreographer at heart, she began teaching her own weekly hip-hop class at the age of 15. Her goal in each class is to safely and effectively guide her students through a rhythm-based workout with intention. Her playlists are motivating. Her words are inspiring. She will make you sweat.
