Yoga has grown in popularity over the years due to its recognized health and relaxation benefits.  The Sports Center has been at the forefront of this movement by offering several classes for all levels.  The meaning of Yoga is so expansive and fluid that it can mean something different to every practitioner.  We incorporate several styles, including components of Hatha and Vinyasa into classes designed to increase your strength and flexibility while focusing on your mind and body connection.
