The Fitness Club provides expert instructors in both western boxing and American and Muay Thai kickboxing.  From beginner to advanced, these workouts condition every muscle in the body and firm up problem areas like few exercise regimes can.


Utilizing footwork drills, bodyweight exercises, punching and kicking rounds, and overall cardiovascular and muscular power, nothing can compare to the exhilaration and fitness benefits you get from a regular program.  Part of the secret is that boxing and kickboxing are skill-based activities, so you try harder during the workout and then before you know it, you are finished!
